•3:30 PM, 4x10 schedule
Who We Are:
Opti Staffing is hiring for a long-term opportunity with a growing manufacturing operation in Clackamas, OR. We're looking for someone with waterjet experience, but we're also open to candidates with experience operating similar machinery who are interested in learning and growing into the role.
What You'll Do:
Operate Flow waterjet machinery to cut various materials according to specifications. Set up and monitor machines throughout production. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy. Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Load and unload materials safely. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety and production procedures. What's In It for

Have:
Experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to safely handle materials and work on your feet throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
The Musts:
Previous experience operating a waterjet or similar industrial machinery . Ability to learn and follow machine operating procedures. Ability to work independently while maintaining production and quality standards. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
Preferred:
Previous experience with Flow waterjets . CNC machine operating experience. Experience with other cutting, fabrication, or production equipment. Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience.
