Job Overview Join our manufacturing team as a Machine Operator and become a vital part of producing high-quality products efficiently and safely. In this energetic role, you will learn to operate, monitor, and maintain various machinery to ensure smooth production processes. Responsibilities Operate and adjust machinery according to specifications and safety protocols Monitor machine performance throughout the production shift, identifying and troubleshooting issues promptly Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment functions optimally Record production data accurately, including output levels, machine downtime, and maintenance activities Follow safety guidelines diligently, including proper use of protective equipment and adherence to operational procedures Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards Qualifications Prior experience operating manufacturing or industrial machinery is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify mechanical issues quickly Basic understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a noisy environment Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Willingness to follow safety protocols rigorously and maintain a clean work area Join us in driving manufacturing excellence!
