Position Overview:
CNC Set-up Specialist As a CNC Set-up Specialist, you'll play a key role in producing high-precision components using CNC mills (preferably HAAS). You'll collaborate with our design and programming team to create complex tooling for orthopedic devices and turbine engines — work that truly makes an impact. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines Read and interpret blueprints and work orders Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues Perform routine maintenance and keep machines clean Follow all safety and quality protocols with precision Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of CNC machine experience Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints Familiarity with measuring tools and quality control Basic understanding of G-code Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Reliable, organized, and positive team player Able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow procedures Drug-free and safety-conscious Why Build Your Career Here?
