What We Offer:
Pay of $19.30 per hour Rotating 1 st and 3 rd shifts 8:00 AM-8:00 PM and 8:00 PM-8:00 AM rotating shifts Temp-to-hire opportunity Eligible for permanent hire after 520 hours, per client request
What We're Looking For:
Knowledge of PC hardware components, desktop operating systems, and applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Ability to interact effectively with management, staff, vendors, and customers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to use motorized material handling equipment, including forklifts and tuggers Ability to understand and follow work instructions Self-driven and able to work effectively with minimal supervision What You'll Do as a
Senior Machine Operator:
Operate assigned equipment according to established procedures Follow written and verbal instructions from department leaders Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe working environment Monitor production to ensure first-quality products are consistently produced Perform basic equipment maintenance, including lubricating, cleaning, and tightening components Perform scheduled cleaning of equipment and production areas Monitor and analyze process parameters to ensure machines are operating according to specifications Transport fabric and other materials between production areas using material handling equipment Follow established policies, procedures, and safety requirements Perform other duties as assigned by management MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
