We are a Drug Free Company. Shows up to shift start on time. Currently 6am until 2:30 pm. Is able to work overtime as scheduled or as available.

Appropriate attire:

sturdy shoes, pants, appropriate shirt. no steel toes required but may be appropiate. Ability to stand in one place 3 hours at one time. Read and speak English. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. 75lbs ability is desirable. All employees are expected and encouraged to ask for help lifting heavy items. Machine Operators are expected to report at the shift start, properly fill out a job time card used for tracking time on jobs internally and perform tasks as assigned by the supervisor or lead to include but not limited to: operate, maintain, accomplish product flow and part manufacture using one of the designated machines in our factory machine centers including but not limited to CNC, Beam Saw, Edge Bander, Planer, Shaper and Overhead Sander. Machine operators must qualify and receive training to certify as a lift truck operator. Machine operators are also expected as required to perform clean-up, cabinet part handling, simple part construction, cutting material, edge banding, doweling, cleaning of cabinet parts and occasional sanding of cabinet components. Requires ability to read tape measure and accurately utilize a Varner Caliper. Basic knowledge of power tools and hand tools required. Machine operators may clean parts with scrapers, and be exposed to some chemical solvents such as lacquer thinner or acetone. MSDS information is available at the job site and each employee is made aware of occasional chemical use at the time of orientation and the location of MSDS materials which are available at all times. All equipment used requires prior training and demonstrated approval (by supervisor or lead) before the use of equipment including lift truck training. (pertains to saws and other equipment) All employees are required to wear personal protective gear including ear, eye protection. Hand protection is encouraged as appropriate. Machine operators may be required to help with loading products on delivery trucks and make delivery of products at various jobsites in partnership with the driver and as such are required to wear in addition to ear and eye protection, hard hat, high visibility vests and boots required for delivery to job sites. Machine operators are expected to be productive team members that can take on some leadership responsibilities that include thoughtful and thorough accomplishment of their tasks. Machine operators are expected to keep track of their throughput and perform at a level of standard that is beneficial to the company's business plan.
