SUMMARY In this role, you will work as part of a team to produce quality products within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will need to switch easily between tasks and have a positive, helpful attitude.
Multiple Shifts:
Monday-Thursday Compressed, or Monday-Friday, Day, Swing, (Ask a recruiter for current availability)
Pay:
Up to $19.50/hr depending on experience and shift!

Beaverton /
Tigard DUTIES:
Fabricates or assembles equipment according to written work instructions Delivers materials to the point of consumption Flexes to multiple work areas daily based on established patterns Accurately performs inventory transactions Contributes to continuous improvement projects Keeps work area well organized and clean Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
6 months minimum of recent work history in general labor or light-industrial environment. Record of excellent attendance and punctuality in previous roles Speak, Read, Write in English for workplace safety. Able to multitask and be flexible in a dynamic work environment while maintaining strong attention to detail Ability to adjust work pace in response to daily production data Ability to do basic mental math and use computers and digital interfaces. Training with Lean manufacturing principles is preferred Competitive applicants for higher paying positions will have held jobs for at least 2-3 years at a time with good references.
