SCHEDULE
Full-time; Compressed Schedule Thursday-Sunday | 5:00am-3:30pm or Friday-Sunday | 4:00pm-4:30am

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Load raw materials and parts into CNC machines and automated/robotic loading systems; monitor equipment operation to ensure safe, efficient production.
Inspect completed parts using six-inch calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools to verify quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
Read and follow company prints, work instructions, and production requirements; identify and report quality or equipment concerns to the appropriate team member.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area while developing skills in equipment troubleshooting and basic programming adjustments.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum two years of previous CNC machine operating experience, particularly for the compressed weekend schedules.
Experience loading raw materials, starting and stopping CNC equipment, and monitoring machines during production.
Ability to use calipers to measure finished parts and verify accuracy.
Strong mechanical aptitude, observation skills, and safety awareness.
Dependable, coachable, communicative, and willing to ask questions when something doesn't look right.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position is performed in an active manufacturing and CNC machine-shop environment with moving equipment, machinery noise, oil, and automated systems. Employees must be able to lift approximately 40 pounds, use proper lifting techniques, and request assistance when needed. Long pants and secure, closed-toe footwear are required. Oil-resistant footwear is strongly recommended.
