Job Summary Looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has experience in manufacturing, machine operation, maintenance, construction, automotive repair, or a similar trade. This person will help run machines, fix equipment, and keep the facility operating safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Run and monitor production machines. Set up machines for production runs. Check parts to make sure they meet quality standards. Troubleshoot and fix machine problems. Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment. Use hand and power tools. Complete simple production and maintenance paperwork. Help install, move, and set up equipment. Perform general building maintenance and repairs. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Assist with other tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, construction, automotive, mechanical, or a related field. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools. Ability to lift, move, and work around machinery. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Team player with a positive attitude. Willingness to work overtime when needed. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Bethlehem, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $42640.00 - $52000.00/yr.
