Valence Surface Technologies is a full-service surface finishing company specializing in the commercial aerospace, defense, space and satellite industries. With strategically located sites across the United States, Valence provides a start to finish solution from NDT and chemical processing, to paint and sub-assembly.
Our Mission :
Is to be the most trusted partner in aerospace surface finishing. Essential Functions Inspection of the part before, during, and after processing Competently Operates all machinery and instruments necessary to safely perform the job function, including routine maintenance. Fork truck training for designated employees only. Maintain a clean, safe work environment. Able to locate and understand relevant Quality system documentation in the Valence computer system. Understand, and perform steps defined in the Valence ROUTER, follow Valence procedures on correctly filling out routers, corrections of input mistakes and notification of superior for all other router related problems. Competently process parts with little or no supervision. Practice behavior which avoids damage to parts and protects the part from damage. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Ability to read process traveler and fill out completed operations Ability to perform simple cleaning operations Ability to assist as a helper to trained operators Able to follow verbal and written direction. Able to use basic hand tools such as wrenches and clamps Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. Able to work under direct supervision.

COMPENSATION RANGE
$18 to $21.00
Per Hour Company Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision, Long term Disability, 401(K)-3% Match, Holiday Pay This position requires access to knowledge and technical data regulated by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Valence Surface Technologies is required to verify that applicants meet ITAR requirements prior to employment for this role.
