$25.00-$35.00/hour (Based on Experience) Are you an experienced Extrusion Operator looking for a long-term opportunity with competitive pay? We're hiring for a growing manufacturing company seeking skilled operators to join their team. If you have extrusion experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Description:

As an Extrusion Operator, you'll set up, operate, and monitor profile extrusion equipment while ensuring products meet quality standards. You'll troubleshoot equipment, make process adjustments, and help keep production running efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate profile extrusion equipment Monitor production and inspect product quality Troubleshoot equipment and adjust processes as needed Perform material changeovers and basic machine maintenance

Schedule:

12-Hour Rotating Shifts 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Rotating schedule (3 days one week, 4 days the next) Must be able to work both day and night shifts

Qualifications:

Previous extrusion operator experience required Experience with profile extrusion or engineered plastics preferred Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work a rotating schedule Interested?
