Our client is currently seeking or in need of a skilled CNC Machine Operator in Boothwyn, Pennsylvania to join a busy and well-structured manufacturing environment. The Day-to-Day:

Operate and maintain a variety of machines, including drill presses, engine lathes, and CNC equipment Set up, operate, and maintain drill presses and turret lathes as needed Set up, run, and maintain one or more CNC machines Work from production orders to complete assigned machining operations accurately and efficiently Maintain acceptable quality and productivity levels throughout the workday Make necessary machine adjustments, including offset wear and geometry changes Assist with bar stock put-away and cut bar stock materials as required Clean finished parts and organize work areas to support efficient production flow Separate and maintain waste chips and manage daily scrap levels properly Follow shop procedures and safety standards while meeting operational expectations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required 1 to 3 years of related machine operation experience Ability to perform basic CNC machine operations using blueprints, drawings, and written procedures Able to read and understand basic CNC programs Experience performing quality inspections using verniers, micrometers, ring gauges, plug gauges, and pin gauges Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a production setting Dependable work ethic and ability to work overtime when needed

Pay Rate:

$26.00 to $29.00 per hour
