OS&D - knowledge of correcting/fixing inbound over/short & damages. Adjustments - knowledge of how to make adjustments; have go-to access Lookup alias for LTO's. Utilize RF messaging system to communicate between PIT operators & jockeys. Trained with the WMS emulator. GUI Training (Driver and warehouse window) (inbounds and outbounds). Assign/Alert WMS coordinator/Supervisor for velocity adjustments as needed. Assist in correcting any errors at either window. Receiving Blind Receipts. Clerk (Basic Requirements) Process orders and maintain inventory into a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Perform data entry tasks Research and correct transaction errors Handle domestic and international shipping documents What you need to succeed at

XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need: High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of warehouse experience Ability to speak, read (fine print) and write in English Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Clerk (Specifics) GUI's must be able to operate the following WMS Systems; Red Prairie (SAP) & WMS. Print/create reports as needed Inbound trailers in yard Print OS&D's and file accordingly Set up next shift as requested/needed Short list-adding the end cap location for shorts printed to eliminate multiple end caps Created multiple spreadsheets/excel forms/word documents - attached to email Warehouse alias sheet. Empty trailer gate pass. Empty trailer log (for guard shack). Inbound/Outbound trailer log (for guard shack). Stop signs for multi-stops. Job duties for warehouse window. Job duties for driver window. Communication to other shifts (GUI's, Leads, Supervisors, Management, Carriers).

Daily work-warehouse window:

Set up/write down trailers(outbound/inbounds) for meeting. Check supplies-fill paper, labels, staples, etc… as needed. Assign/allocate any doors not done by previous shift. Check/re-check shorts and make cuts then reallocate trailers. Move any empties out of door left by previous shift.
