Job Description The Deslag/Grinder is responsible for satisfying customer requirements of quality, quantity and delivery, in a safe manner, while maximizing productivity. They perform various entry-level production support duties as assigned by supervisor, as well as execute general housekeeping for warehouse. They will be responsible for operating electronic grinders to smooth and/or finish parts prior to and/or following processing.
Qualifications:
High School or GED equivalent.
Ability to read customer part prints or the successful completion of print reading class.
Successful completion of the appropriate work center training program(s).
Proper use and care of precision instruments.
Precisely follow detailed and extensive instructions.
Mechanically inclined, production oriented and safety and quality conscious.
