Job Description
Job Title:
Machine Operator Job Description This daylight role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with potential Saturday shifts during busy periods. Responsibilities Perform repetitive general labor tasks by removing brick from kiln carts and stacking it onto the monorail in a safe and efficient manner. Assist in all aspects of brick manufacturing operations to support consistent production flow. Essential Skills Previous manufacturing experience preferred, particularly in production or general labor environments. Strong mechanical skills and understanding, with the ability to be mechanically inclined and work with machines and equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly as part of daily job duties. Attention to detail to ensure consistent quality of brick and accurate completion of SOPs and inventory documents. Willingness to learn new processes and take direction from supervisors and team leads. Comfort using hand tools and power tools in a safe and controlled manner. Additional Skills & Qualifications Production experience in a manufacturing, construction, or general labor setting. Experience with machine operation, repair, or maintenance in an industrial environment. Experience in carpentry, construction, bricklaying, or similar trades that involve hand and power tools.
