Nesco Resource is hiring for a Smokehouse Operator Monday
- Friday from 7:00am
- to finish or Rotating Machine Operators Monday
- Friday 6:00am to finish.
Will avergae 40-55 hours per week.
Requirements for the position:
Must have reliable transportation. Candidates must be able to learn to operate industrial smoke houses in accordance with company policy. Work in both hot / cold environments. Unload product at the completion of the cook cycle. Monitor controls throughout the cook cycle to verify the smokehouse is running properly. Must conduct process checks though out the shift to ensure are regulatory requirements and quality standards are met. Capable of filling out required paperwork documenting process checks. Capable of working as part of a team.
