IMMEDIATELY HIRING!
Seeking experienced machine operators located in the Conshohocken, PA area for a FULL TIME andLONG TERM
opportunity. The machine operator will be monitoring the printing machines, inspecting shipping labels being printed, and maintaining quality record documentation. Prior experience completing quality checks and visual inspections of the product being manufactured, keeping all records up to date, following specific processes, and prior experience working in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Conduct audits per applicable sampling plans for shipping and converting processes. Engage in data integrity and standardize testing methodology practices. Assist in process capability testing and routine product inspection. Ensure effective system-based communication with Quality Department and Operations. Perform daily maintenance and calibration of testing equipment. Conduct aged testing for all departments and project testing for technical purposes. Maintain quality record documentation, including internal audit records and corrective action reports. Perform product inspection audits at set intervals to ensure quality standards are met. Create and manage color standards and aid in managing Process Control Plans and Product Spec Sheets. Use measurement tools such as UPC, Verifier, Scales, Ruler, Calipers, Static Meter, and Sutherland Rub Tester competently. Manage non-conformance Product Procedures and Quality Hold Area. Provide training in new quality processes and best practices. Assist in documenting R D projects. Perform QA laboratory testing for specified product lines. Follow all plant and department-specific safety rules, including using required personal protective equipment. Understand and facilitate compliance with ISO, BRC, and HAACP principles. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Conshohocken, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
