Job Title:
Assembly Trainee Training on 1st shift Monday-Friday 6am-2pm, switching to 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm $17.75/hr, 10% shift differential when moving to 2nd shift Job Description Join our Assembly Training Program designed to transform candidates into skilled assemblers over six months. This program features comprehensive training, including classroom sessions and hands-on experience, ensuring participants gain the necessary skills for assembly work. Responsibilities Participate in training sessions to learn assembly techniques. Engage in general labor tasks within sealing, coating, and other departments. Shadow experienced employees in various departments to gain practical insights. Learn to interpret blueprints and utilize specialized tools for assembly work. Progress through structured checkpoints to ensure skill development. Essential Skills Mechanical aptitude is crucial for success in this program. Proficiency in reading a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch. Experience with hand and power tools is required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallastown, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $19.53/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
