Job DescriptionBase pay rate is $19.00 per hour1st
QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to safely operate machinery after receiving training.
Ability to read and follow work orders, production schedules, and written instructions.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to assist in other production areas when needed.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 65 pounds.
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are a plus.
Commitment to following all company safety policies and procedures.

Shift:
6:00AM - 2:00PM, Monday - Friday (Overtime may be required based on production demands)The Folder Operator is responsible for safely operating a metal trim folding machine to produce high-quality products while meeting daily production goals. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. When folding work is unavailable, the Folder Operator will assist in other production areas as needed, helping with packaging, material handling, machine operation, and other assigned tasks to support overall plant operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, quality-focused, and willing to contribute wherever needed to keep production running smoothly.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.
