Machine Operator

Machine Operator Middleton Properties LLC We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Machine Operator to join our graphite processing plant in Delano, PA. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, maintaining quality standards, completing production documentation, and supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual who values safety, consistency, and continuous improvement in an industrial setting. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor graphite processing air classification equipment safely and efficiently Follow daily production schedules and meet quality and output targets Complete production logs and documentation accurately Conduct routine equipment inspections and report mechanical issues Perform quality checks and properly label materials and samples Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow OSHA and company safety procedures, including forklift inspections and PPE compliance Participate in ongoing training and cross-training on multiple production lines Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience helpful Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in industrial conditions (dust, heat, noise) Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping accuracy Commitment to workplace safety Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Forklift experience is a plus but not necessary Work Environment & Schedule Full-time position Overtime and weekend shifts may be required based on production needs Industrial manufacturing environment What We Offer Stable full-time employment On-the-job training and development opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within a specialized materials processing industry
