The Utility Machine Operator is responsible for supporting daily operations by providing machine operator coverage, production support, training, and skills evaluations across multiple shifts. This role helps ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to established quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities Perform duties of the Multi-Wire , Buncher, CV and Twister Operator at a proficient level after training Provide coverage and fill in for operators as needed Assist with technical assessment and provide ongoing training to other machine operators Responsible for reporting any deviations or quality issues to the Plant Manager in a timely fashion Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area Additional duties as assigned Honors Direct Wire's core values Requirements High school diploma or GED required Post high school technical training strongly preferred but not required Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment required Excellent communication skills required.
