Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM (4 x 10-hour shifts)

Pay:

$25.00-$32.00/hour DOE Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Envelope Machine Adjuster to set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and operate an F.L. Smithe RA envelope machine . This role is responsible for producing quality envelopes efficiently while maintaining equipment and minimizing downtime. Responsibilities Set up and adjust F.L. Smithe RA envelope machines for production. Perform machine changeovers and mechanical adjustments. Troubleshoot machine issues to maximize uptime. Monitor product quality throughout production. Perform basic preventive maintenance and routine cleaning. Communicate with the first shift during shift handoff. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Meet production goals of approximately 200,000 envelopes per shift . Qualifications Minimum 3 years of envelope machine adjusting experience . Experience with F.L. Smithe RA or similar envelope converting equipment preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience with machine setup, timing adjustments, gear changes, belts, rollers, glue, folding, vacuum, and pneumatic systems. Reliable, punctual, organized, and safety-minded.
