Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Mandatory overtime may be required based on production needs. Pre-employment drug screen required. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Chemical Batch Maker to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for accurately weighing, mixing, and batching chemical products according to approved formulas, batch records, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. We are looking for candidates with previous batch making, chemical mixing, or compounding experience who are comfortable working with raw materials, industrial mixing equipment, and detailed production documentation. Responsibilities Weigh and measure raw materials according to batch records and formulations. Prepare and mix chemical batches while following approved SOPs and GMP requirements. Operate manufacturing equipment, including mixers, scales, tanks, pumps, and related production equipment. Monitor production processes and ensure batches meet quality standards. Complete accurate batch records and production documentation. Perform equipment cleaning and sanitation between batches following established procedures. Safely handle chemicals and raw materials while following all safety policies and PPE requirements. Work closely with Quality and Warehouse teams to ensure materials are available and production schedules are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work environment. Assist with inventory accuracy and material handling as needed. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chemical Batch Maker, Compounder, Mixer, or Batch Operator. Experience following batch records, formulas, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Previous manufacturing experience in chemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, or nutraceutical production. Ability to accurately weigh and measure raw materials. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Preferred Qualifications Experience working under Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Forklift experience or certification. Experience operating industrial mixing or processing equipment.
