Responsibilities Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring proper thread tension, needle selection, and design placement for each project Monitor machine operation throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency Inspect finished products for accuracy, stitch quality, and adherence to design specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while upholding high standards of craftsmanship Document production details, including design specifications, machine settings, and any issues encountered during operation Experience Prior experience with sewing machines or embroidery equipment is highly preferred Knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques enhances your ability to produce precise embroidery work Warehouse experience or familiarity with manufacturing environments is advantageous for understanding workflow and safety procedures Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects or inconsistencies in finished products Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Join us in creating beautifully embroidered products that stand out!
