In this energetic role, you will be an essential part of the production process, ensuring that products are packaged accurately, efficiently, and safely. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help maintain high-quality standards while supporting smooth warehouse operations. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to develop your skills in packaging, materials handling, and industrial equipment operation within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties Operate packaging equipment and material handling tools safely and efficiently to prepare products for shipment Sort, inspect, and package products according to manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards Perform heavy lifting and manual assembly tasks while adhering to safety protocols in a warehouse setting Use basic math skills to verify quantities, measurements, and documentation accuracy during packaging processes Troubleshoot mechanical issues with packaging machinery and escalate problems to maintenance teams as needed Follow safety standards in production areas, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations Interpret production documents to ensure correct packaging specifications and materials are used throughout the process Experience Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is highly preferred Knowledge of packaging equipment, industrial machinery troubleshooting, and materials handling is advantageous Familiarity with
GMP, FDA
regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and safety standards in production environments is desirable Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts safely (certification preferred) Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with an understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) are a plus Basic math proficiency for inventory counts, measurements, and documentation verification Experience interpreting manufacturing documents, SOPs, and production instructions is beneficial Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to precision, safety, and continuous improvement.
