This role supports production goals by maintaining a steady, accurate workflow on the line. Responsibilities Load and unload metal parts into and out of production machines. Check parts for defects, dimensional accuracy, and overall quality. Pack and prepare finished parts for shipment or storage. Monitor machine operation and alert supervisor of any issues or malfunctions. Maintain accurate production counts and paperwork. Keep work area clean and organized. Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Assist with other production tasks as needed. Qualifications and Skills Previous machine operator or production experience preferred. Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail for quality checks. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
