Job Description

Schedule 9AM - 9PM or viceversa. Rotating weekends (must work weekends) Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining various machinery used in production processes, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in manufacturing environments to contribute to efficient production workflows. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and equipment setup, supporting our commitment to precision manufacturing and continuous improvement. Duties Operate a variety of manufacturing machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and fabrication tools with precision and safety compliance. Program and troubleshoot CNC equipment using Fanuc controls, CAM programming, and CAD software to meet product specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards to ensure accurate fabrication. Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and calibration of machinery using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Handle materials safely within the warehouse environment, utilizing forklifts for materials handling and storage. Perform quality control checks throughout the production process to verify dimensions and tolerances. Assist in tooling setup and adjustments for various machines to optimize efficiency. Support assembly line operations by fabricating parts or components as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members on process improvements and troubleshooting machine issues promptly. Experience Proven factory experience working within a manufacturing facility or production environment. Ability to read blueprints accurately and apply GD&T principles effectively. Experience with quality control procedures using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools. Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to machining tolerances. Knowledge of safety protocols related to factory equipment operation and materials handling. Warehouse or logistics experience involving forklift operation is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently. Pay:
