Extrusion Operation:

you will operate and adjust settings on nonwoven machine to ensure optimal production processes. Your role includes monitoring production, inspecting fabric for defects, and making adjustments as needed. You will also perform routine cleaning and maintenance, troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, and collaborate with team members to resolve challenges and improve operations. Adherence to safety guidelines and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) are essential to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Slitter Operation:

responsible for setting up and preparing slitting machines for operation, including adjusting blades and settings and loading large rolls of material. Your primary duties will involve monitoring the slitting process to ensure precise cuts, making adjustments as needed, and checking cut materials for accuracy and quality. You will follow specific recipes based on customer work orders to ensure that all materials meet specifications. In addition, you will utilize packing and wrapping systems to prepare products for shipment, ensuring that packaging meets quality standards. Using RF guns, you will track inventory and manage orders, updating systems with accurate data. Maintenance of the slitting machine is crucial, and you will conduct routine cleaning.
