Install Team (Crew-Crew Managers) & Warehouse (Loaders, Leads, Assistants, etc.) What We're Looking For Must have a valid driver's license (eligibility to drive is required for most positions) Willing to travel (some overnight stays for larger projects-Installers) Ability to communicate in Spanish and English a PLUS High-energy, problem-solving mindset Mechanically inclined and comfortable with hands-on work Professional, responsible, and efficient Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Physically capable (lifting up to 50 lbs regularly) Thrives in a fast-paced environment with long shifts (10-12 hours during peak season: May-October) What You'll Do Install tents, flooring, lighting, and event equipment (Installers) Work on a variety of projects, from backyard parties to high-end events Engage in physical, hands-on work in a mostly outdoor setting Work as part of a team in a supportive company culture What We Offer Great Schedule (Most weekends off, mostly 4 day work weeks) Competitive Pay Overtime and Extra Incentive Pay available Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision - variety of plans!)
