Pay Rate:

$21/hr to start. Qualified candidates will possess previous machine operation, the ability to count and package products coming off the machine, maintain and trouble shoot basic machine operation. Attention to detail and reliability are critical. Ability to stand at a machine for long periods of time required.

Responsibilities:

Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targetsMonitor and/or entry into computer control systemsTroubleshoot equipment to optimize productionPerform basic asset care duties to include routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work areaWork as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goalsOperate and/or work around mobile equipmentPackage materials coming off the machinery.

NOTE:

Machine operators will be working a Dupont schedule. Employees will work several days on day shift, have a few days off, then work several days on night shift, have a few days off, switch back to day shift, etc. For example, 4 days of 7am-7pm, 3 days off, and return to work 7pm-7am.
