09/13/2026 Job Description Job Description We are a progressive stamping manufacturer seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Assembly Operator to support our manufacturing operations. This role will perform assembly of components using manual and machine-assisted processes while ensuring consistent quality and production efficiency. This is a part-time position with flexibility to work out a consistent schedule that fits your availability and our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual and machine-assisted assembly of components using manual and machine-assisted processes Inspect finished and in-process parts for quality and consistency Follow work instructions and established quality and safety procedures Complete daily production and quality records Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Use measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required Experience using micrometers, calipers, or other measuring equipment is a plus Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn Basic math skills, including decimals, fractions, and English/metric measurements Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable sitting for extended periods and standing or moving as needed throughout the workday Comfortable with physical work, including regularly lifting up to 20 lbs., occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs., and bending, stooping, kneeling, and other physical tasks as needed We're looking for someone dependable and motivated who takes pride in doing quality work.
