Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity? We are seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator to help produce high-quality plastic sheeting in a safety-conscious production environment. What You'll Do Remove finished plastic sheeting from the extruder and create neatly stacked pallets Mark and verify sheet counts Replace rolls of tape, protective covering, barcodes, and other production materials Perform Light Transmission and Product Control tests and make necessary adjustments Complete length, width, and pallet changes Set up and operate silos for raw materials Assist with color changes, thickness changes, machine start-up and shutdown procedures Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning Complete yellow tagging procedures and required documentation Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Ability to accurately read a metric tape measure Basic math skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good time management and ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs.
