Machine Operator -
High Precision Manufacturing Pay:
Starting at $23.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for advancement.
Locations:
Lancaster, PA Shifts:
Weekend Shift:
Friday-Sunday, 6:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.; includes a 15% shift differential and a four-hour bonus when the scheduled 36-hour requirement is met. About the
Role:
Join our team producing mission-critical, high precision components manufacturing SmCo magnets for advanced industries such as Aerospace & Defense, Medical and Semiconductor. As a Machine Operator working with specialty metals, you'll work independently, operate a variety of CNC and non-CNC machines, and ensure every part meets strict quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Operate CNC and non-CNC equipment (grinders, slicers, drillers, honers, chamfering tools, scoring machines, slotting, finishing equipment) Set up machines, perform changeovers, and adjust parameters Monitor production for quality and efficiency Inspect parts using precision tools Assist machinists with troubleshooting and improvements Maintain a safe, organized workspace Support training for entry-level operators Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read engineering drawings Familiarity with precision measurement tools Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills 1-2 years manufacturing or machining experience preferred

Physical Requirements:
