2nd Shift, 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Monday - Friday) (Must be willing to train on day shift for first 3 weeks) Kelly Services is hiring temporary Assembly Operator for Manufacturing Company in Landisville, PA Job Description We are looking for reliable and motivated candidates to join our team as Entry-Level Machine Operators for our 2nd shift. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a career in manufacturing with opportunities for learning and advancement. Key Responsibilities Prepare machines and equipment for daily operation Perform quality checks on products and materials Communicate effectively with team members, including set-up personnel, technicians, and supervisors regarding operational issues Use inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, optical comparators) to independently verify quality and complete inspection documentation Identify and document product defects; follow procedures for notification and corrective action Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure accurate set-up and assembly Use basic computer skills for documentation and work tracking Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Mechanical aptitude and experience operating machinery or interacting with mechanical systems Ability to read, write, and interpret technical documents in English Proficient with basic math and computer navigation Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to learn Physical Requirements Must safely lift and carry up to 30 lbs Ability to push/pull up to 180 lbs with a hand dolly Frequent standing, sitting, walking, and balancing (8-10 hr. shifts) Ability to perform repetitive hand work with daily rotation Willingness to work in an uncontrolled climate (excessive heat) 10338873 Share this job Copied url To save a job sign in or get started To apply for this job email your details to I want more jobs like this in my inbox.
