Job Details:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Within a team environment, efficiently and safely operate equipment and perform other functions to maximize equipment utilization, quality and team harmony. Make necessary adjustments to maintain control conditions. Accurately observe, measure and record product / process necessary to insure product quality. Provide active input to continuous process improvement. Provide accurate documentation of production operations. Receive and move material to efficiently maintain production. Effectively communicate job related information.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to read and write. Must be able to comprehend procedures, process documents and work instructions. Must be able to write sufficiently to document the process. Ability to do basic math with fractions and decimals.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

Use and understand appropriate computer functions. Understand and apply SPC fundamentals. Use precision measuring equipment, methods, techniques, record and interpret results. Knowledgeable of basic P / M processes and equipment. Thorough knowledge of all applicable process documentation.
