We're currently looking for a Overnight Machine Operator to start immediately at our bakery in Mckees Rocks. This is a full-time, permanent position. If you're looking for a stable, long term career, we're looking or you! Full time, base schedule is Sunday night through Thursday night. Shift from 5:30pm to approximately 5:30am. The Duties and Responsibilities Are:

Responsible for the set up and preparation of production equipment to ensure proper functioning for scheduled products. Loading dough into the machine to be processed. Monitoring the dough as it is run through the machine. Calibrate and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistent product results. Minimize downtime by being proactive and monitoring batches as they are run. Work with other team members to keep line moving consistently. Disassemble equipment at the end of the shift, removing rollers, catch alls, and other removable parts so the machine can be cleaned & sanitized. Assist with changeovers and line cleans by following procedures and working as part of team to ensure equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized. Accurately completing all required batch documentation. Follow food safety requirements, including GMP's at all times. Report any quality, equipment, or safety concerns to management immediately.

Requirements:

Must have some production and/or manufacturing experience. Ability to work in a production environment (ie: loud, hot etc.) Ability to accurately follow all instructions and SOP's. Ability to stand, walk, and bend on a continual basis throughout shift. Ability to lift from floor to above the head, to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repetitively, throughout work shift. Ability to read and interpret production schedules, thermometers, clocks (digital and analog), and batch codes to record data. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
