Machine Operator - Manufacturing We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Machine Operators. Pay & Benefits Starting wage of $23.18 per hour Structured 24-month wage progression with consistent pay increases Additional shift differential opportunities based on assigned schedules (A, B, C, or D shifts) Comprehensive on-the-job training to build and expand technical skills Clear opportunities for advancement within the organization Key Responsibilities Operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and efficiently Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment issues Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process Use precision measuring tools to ensure product quality Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work both independently and collaboratively with team members Qualifications Prior experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred Familiarity with tooling and precision measuring instruments Experience working with manufacturing equipment is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to safely perform physical and materials handling tasks High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment Work Environment Manufacturing, foundry-style setting Conditions can be warm and physically demanding, especially during summer months Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and reliability Stable, long-term opportunity with a supportive team culture Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Mount Joy, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48214.40 - $48214.40/yr.
