Hour Shifts A Shift:

8:00 PM 8:00 AM | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & every other

Sunday B Shift:

8:00 AM 8:00 PM | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & every other

Sunday C Shift:

8:00 PM 8:00 AM | Thursday, Friday, Saturday & every other

Sunday D Shift:

8:00 AM 8:00 PM | Thursday, Friday, Saturday & every other Sunday Additional shift differentials available for qualifying schedules What Youll Do Set up and operate production machinery while monitoring and adjusting settings for quality and efficiency Load raw materials and safely handle materials throughout the manufacturing process Perform routine equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor troubleshooting Use precision measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product quality Maintain production documentation while following all safety, quality, and production standards What Were Looking For Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Ability to consistently work scheduled 12-hour shifts in a heavy industrial environment Preferred Experience Previous experience in a heavy manufacturing or industrial environment Forklift experience Preventative maintenance experience Experience operating production machinery and tooling Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Mount Joy, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48214.40 - $48214.40/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
