What You'll Do Set up machinery and equipment for production runs Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain efficiency and quality Load raw materials into production equipment Perform routine machine inspections and preventative maintenance Use precision measuring tools and equipment to verify product quality Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report larger concerns Handle materials safely throughout the manufacturing process Follow safety, quality, and production standards Maintain accurate production documentation Qualifications Required Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience Strong mechanical aptitude Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment Ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work 12-hour scheduled shifts consistently Preferred Experience in a heavy manufacturing environment Forklift experience Preventative maintenance experience Experience operating production machinery and tooling Pay & Benefits ?
