The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating industrial embroidery machines, ensuring high-quality production, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor industrial embroidery machines.
  • Load garments, hoops, backing, and thread according to production specifications.
  • Read and follow work orders and design instructions.
  • Perform thread color changes and minor machine adjustments.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • Previous embroidery machine experience preferred, but training may be provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
