Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating industrial embroidery machines, ensuring high-quality production, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor industrial embroidery machines.
- Load garments, hoops, backing, and thread according to production specifications.
- Read and follow work orders and design instructions.
- Perform thread color changes and minor machine adjustments.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous embroidery machine experience preferred, but training may be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
