Press Helper $21.00/hr Hourly Full-Time (3p - 3a)

Physical Location:

792 Commerce Ave New Castle, PA 16101

The Job You Will Perform:

Must safely and capably assist press operators with all facets of the pressroom operation. This individual must be willing to take direction from the operators, and handle these responsibilities in a timely manner. Duties include, but are not restricted to; set-up of the presses, set-up of upcoming jobs, assisting the operators during runs, clean up of printing plates and equipment, shop clean up, and roll handling.

The Skills You Will Bring:

Ability to read and interpret written documents i.e. safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure (Standard and Metric), using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to read a standard and metric tape measure.
