Competitive Pay Based on Experience + Overtime Job Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Waterjet Operator to operate and maintain high-pressure waterjet cutting equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for preparing materials, operating CNC waterjet machines, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring the production of high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CNC machinery, blueprint reading, and precision measuring instruments in a manufacturing or fabrication setting. Key Responsibilities CNC Waterjet Machine Operation Set up and operate CNC waterjet cutting machines to manufacture precision components Load and unload raw materials and finished parts Monitor machine performance and adjust offsets as needed Ensure production output meets required quality and productivity standards Blueprint Interpretation & Setup Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications Determine machining sequences and setup requirements Verify dimensions and tolerances of finished components Quality Inspection Inspect parts using precision measuring tools including: Calipers Micrometers (ID/OD) Depth gauges Indicators and scales Ensure all parts meet quality and dimensional requirements Equipment Monitoring & Maintenance Detect machine malfunctions or production issues Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance Report equipment problems to management Production & Communication Communicate production status with supervisors and team members Coordinate with quality control, production, and management teams Ensure smooth transition between shifts Workplace Safety & Organization Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and regulations Complete required safety checks before and during operations Required Qualifications Experience operating CNC Waterjet or CNC machining equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience using precision measuring instruments Basic math skills including geometry, algebra, and measurements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Forklift experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to work independently and in a team environment Work Schedule 1st

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 2nd
Shift:
2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Overtime opportunities available based on production demand. Hiring Requirements
