The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery that produces advanced aerospace, ballistic, and construction fabrics, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining a safe work environment. This role requires a strong understanding of factory operations and the ability to read job sheets to manufacture customer orders accurately and within specifications. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Read and interpret job sheets and other data to fabricate materials according to customer specifications. Utilize equipment safely and effectively in the manufacturing process. Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential issues and perform basic maintenance as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards and 5S methodology. Requirements Previous experience working in a textile manufacturing facility is preferred but not required. Will train the right candidate. Proficiency in reading job sheets in the English language is essential for understanding customer specifications. Experience operating industrial looms or other similar machinery is highly desirable but not required. Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail for long periods of time while material is being produced in order to maintain quality standards and customer specifications. Strong and commitment to producing high-quality work. Mechanical acumen a plus. Fabric Development Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.

$18.00 per hour with $1.00 Shift Differential Expected hours: 40 per week
