Job Overview This position will be responsible for setting up and running the extrusion machine and performing quality checks to verify finished material is in compliance with quality specifications. Daily interfacing with the Planning/Scheduling team to forecast downstream product needs. Regular communication with Maintenance and Engineering to address machine performance issues when needed. Job Requirements Experience with machine set-up is highly preferred Basic machine shop knowledge and ability is preferred but not required. Ability to utilize inspection equipment to measure products for conformance. Working knowledge of hand tools Experience with SAP is preferred but not required What your background should look like High School Diploma or GED preferred Must be able to lift/push/pull and carry a minimum weight of 30 lbs. Frequently required to extend arms and hands between knees & shoulders; frequent holding and grasping with hands. Frequent standing and walking is required in this job. This position requires access to information that is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). - Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $19.00
- 20.00/Hour + 10% Shift Differential for working 2nd Shift. (subject to change dependent on physical location)
