Job Overview TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.Job Scope:
Solders components to assemble connectors as specified, using soldering iron. Aligns and clamps parts together with hand tools or fixtures. Pays attention to quality and detail. Job Requirements Understands job requirements and utilizes work and visual charts.Prepares cables for molding and termination.
Performs oil fill on special cabling.

Flexibility to work extended hours if required. - Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $19.00/Hour to $20.50/Hour + 10% Shift Differential for working 3rd Shift. (subject to change dependent on physical location)
