We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a manufacturing environment where contributions matter, growth is supported, and success is shared. What You'll Do:

As an ISO Press Technician, you will prepare and operate the ISO Press machine to compress powdered carbide used for carbide components.

Essential responsibilities include:

Prioritize, plan and prepare work

Sort jobs by due dates and complexity of tasks

Pull designated carbide powders

Fill press bags

Load and unload press

Separate powder and billets by grade

Prepare, maintain and operate ISO Press machine, operate crane

Perform general clean-up of work area

Qualifications What We're Looking For:

Knowledge and Skills Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Strong math and mechanical abilities

Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and follow directions

Able to work independently and cooperatively with teams

High degree of accuracy and commitment to quality

Experience with blueprint reading a plus

Familiarity with carbide manufacturing and processes a plus

Must be able to work rotating daylight and midnight shifts

Able to lift 65+ lbs. What We Provide to
