As a Machine Operator, you are an integral part of our organization. You will learn how to bend, cut, and notch swimming pool panels to custom design specifications. Every employee is responsible for quality control; you help us make the best products in the industry Essential Functions of a
Machine Operator:
Develop an understanding of product knowledge to perform quality checks on parts Learn how to knowledgably read prints/documents Gain understanding of the process and flow of the department Monitor and review the existing standards, making or implementing suggestions that will further improve efficiency Maintain a level of quality that meets or exceeds the company standard Learn how to complete production and quality data sheets with accuracy Gain knowledge to operate two work centers Basic understanding of process and flow of the department Learn how to start up, shut down, and run assigned manufacturing processing equipment Operate machines at a rate which will meet scheduled production requirements while maintaining safety and quality standards Learn how to perform machine adjustmentssetup Understanding of company's work instructions, production standards, safety procedures, quality standards, and SOP's Qualifications for a Machine Operator High school Diploma or equivalent (GED) Previous manufacturing experience preferred Previous forklift operation experience preferred Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently Proficient math skills required Ability to use hand and power tools Will be required to climb, lift, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Ability to lift 50 lbs. independently 1st Shift M-F 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Here's how OUR family takes care of YOUR family: Top-notch Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision) Competitive additional benefits package including 401k matching.
