Pay:

Up to $21/hour Job Description We are seeking a dedicated machine operator to join our 1st shift team from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime on Saturdays. This role requires wearing steel-toed shoes, and all other personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided. The machine operator plays a crucial role in our production line, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining product flow. Responsibilities Enter jobs into the computerized machine system and maintain a simple log for daily reporting. Monitor machine operations and ensure conveyors are running efficiently. Collaborate with a team of 4-5 laborers to maintain product movement. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as lock out tag out and switching chain links, escalating complex issues to management. Assist in setting the die in machines using a forklift and crane, alongside team members. Clean and scrape dies at the end of each shift, with typically 1-2 die changes per week. Essential Skills 1-2 years of machine operating experience. Basic computer and technology skills. Mechanical aptitude and general problem-solving abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with forklift operation. Ability to follow directions and collaborate with a team. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
