Job Description
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery. Load materials and adjust machine settings as required. Follow job specifications, work instructions, and production schedules. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Measure parts using appropriate measuring instruments. Identify equipment or product-quality problems and notify the supervisor. Complete production and inspection records accurately. Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition. Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental procedures. Wear required personal protective equipment. Assist with material handling and other production duties as needed.Qualifications:
Previous machine-operating or manufacturing experience preferred. Basic mechanical knowledge and problem-solving ability. Ability to read job instructions and use basic measuring tools. Ability to perform basic math accurately. Dependable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn different machines and production processes. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift approximately 50 pounds.
