Banding Operator

Job Duties:

Safely move coils from the line to the packaging area using overhead cranes. Wrap and secure coils using materials like banding, edge protectors, and dunnage to prevent damage during transit. Accurately label packaged coils with necessary information, including weight, dimensions, and destination. Examine coils for defects or irregularities before packaging, ensuring only quality products are shipped. Perform routine checks on packaging tools and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition

Schedule:

Monday- Friday First Shift:

5:00AM-4:00

PM Second Shift:

4:00PM-3:00AM Overtime on weekends as needed

Pay:

$16.58/hr
