Corrugated/packaging experience and prior machine-operator experience are required for this role — we are not able to train entry-level candidates at this time.

Shift available:

1st shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm (OT available to 5:00pm) 3rd shift: Thursday-Sunday, 11:00pm-3:00pm (OT available to 9:00am) Responsibilities Set up and operate assigned machinery per customer orders and supervisor direction, maintaining accurate and efficient production Continuously monitor product quality against company standards (print/die-cut accuracy, ink color, label placement); log production activity in the computer system Perform preventive maintenance, keep the work area clean and organized, report breakdowns immediately Read and follow work orders, spec cards, and print cards; use tape measure/micrometer to verify specs Assist in training and coordinating with crew members as needed What we offer — Structured Scheduling, Stable Pay, Opportunity for Growth (temp-to-hire) Requirements Corrugated machine operator experience required — hands-on experience with corrugated/packaging machinery (flexo, rotary die-cutter, or similar equipment) is necessary for this role Able to stand for extended periods, continuously bend/stoop/reach, lift up to 50 lbs continuously Able to read and follow detailed work orders and specs Comfortable in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled production environment Willing/able to work overtime as needed sri: 65022368-bd99-45c3-b709-84a2a40c85f0 Save our contact so you don't miss our call about your application: https://jobs.traba.work/contact-card?src=indeed_post Labor That Works LLC connects the top 1% of workers with open shifts at warehouses and event venues across the country
